Biography
It has been said “magic is a vocation best suited to people with obsessive personalities” - as far as I’m concerned never a truer word has been spoken. It all began one fateful Christmas day, when as an excited eight year old I eagerly tore the wrapping paper off a thoughtfully chosen present to reveal to my delight a mysterious box of Paul Daniels magic tricks, I knew from that day on I wanted to be a magician!
Over the years my relationship with entertaining and the performing of magic has filled my life, in fact even so far as I met my partner whilst performing a magic trick for her (I asked her to sign a playing card and put her phone number underneath!). Any one who knows me will tell you I eat, sleep and breathe magic. I know how extremely lucky I am to be in a position that allows me do something I love so very much and bring a little
amusement and fun into the lives of others.
My Magical Philosophy
Whether performing close up and intimate magic, cabaret style magic or children's magic I pride myself on being a versatile performer, I present my magic in a way that suits the audience.
Good magic isn’t just about knowing how to do tricks, it delivering a full
mini theatrical package. Presentation, timing and script are as important during a single magic trick as it would be in a full performance.
It is essential the audience or spectators like you, they will make their minds up very quickly so it is important to be friendly, courteous and polite, never pushy or rude. Above all, I want those who watch or participate in my magic to be mystified, amazed and thoroughly entertained.
As a magical entertainer there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the look of complete disbelief on the face of a spectator or hearing those who witnessed the miracle you performed talking about it at a later date.
I can guarantee the addition of magic to any event will make it memorable.
